Twirling Will Lead to....

Last week {after the camera-breaking incident} we were driving home from homegroup when Zachary started singing from the backseat:

"I'm gonna sing, sing, sing,
I'm gonna shout, shout, shout,
I'm gonna sing, I'm gonna shout
And praise the Lord..."

I just sighed and smiled, thinking it was a nice ending to an emotional day and was thrilled to hear him praising Jesus.

Until he got to the second verse.

"I'm gonna twirl, twirl, twirl,
I'm gonna hurl, hurl, hurl,
I'm gonna twirl, I'm gonna hurl
and praise the Lord!"

{In all honesty, I'd probably be hurling if I were twirling too...}

  7. ~you know that's a real song right (on the Crazy Praize CD)? ;)

    We sing it at Kids' Club-the big children's outreach I used to lead...and it was ME who added that song to the line up!!!! Imagine 100s of kids singing it LOUD and "hurling" while they twirl!!! It's awesome!!!

  8. I was going to ask whether that was a "real" song or whether he made it up himself, but I see that Carisa answered that already.

    I'm debating whether I should teach that one to my kids or not. They just might have TOO much fun with that one! :)

  11. LOL I love it!!! I am sure my 2-yr old will come up with some great ones as well! He's already singing at the top of his lungs ~ I just can't make out the words yet! But watch out when I can!
