I Will Survive Shredding

Just for the record, Jillian and I are becoming best buddies. If you don't know anything about Jillian...well, she'd probably do her best to hurt you too if you let her.

But I have survived. Endured. And I'm pushing through.

I am happy to report that I am able to walk down {and back up} the stairs this go~round and even sit with little wincing.

Life is good.
