There is a great new site available for girls called Precious Girls Club, put together through Precious Moments. Precious Girls Club is based on a little girl named Katie and her friends and focuses on values embraced by Precious Moments: helpfulness, responsibility, kindness, and love.
Girls can create their own characters, play games, decorate their room and more through the site. The focus of the site is to reinforce virtues in the girls in a fun and exciting way. They can "chat" online using pre-written questions and sentences.
Mothers can participate in their daughter's activities by emailing and awarding "points" and "charms" and help integrate activities between home and her online activities. You can read more about tying into your daughter's activities here.
There is a great introductory video on the main page so that you can check it out for yourself. I am looking forward to sharing this site with my girls today (and I am certain they are going to be thrilled with this!).

ReplyDeleteWhat age range? Let me know how McKenna does. I am sure K would love it, but T is only 4...might cause "issues" if she can't "do it" or figure it out....
